Statement by APRAM Aerospace sro regarding compliance with international sanctions. APRAM Aerospace sro has been actively operating in the aviation spare parts distribution market since 2012, is ISO 9001:2016 certified and is a member of the Aviation Equipment Suppliers Association (ASA). Our company has not been and is not on the sanctions lists of the European Union, the United States of America or any other relevant jurisdiction known to us, and does not do business with partners about whom we have information or even reasonable grounds to suspect that the goods are intended for sanctioned entities, for prohibited end-uses or for impermissible re-export to the Russian Federation after February 2022. Therefore, we categorically reject any allegations or insinuations that our company has supplied aviation spare parts in violation of these sanctions requirements after the introduction of sanctions in response to the Russian Federation's invasion of Ukraine.
