Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-31

1. The service

Eastern Europe Impact ("the Service") provides business risk information about events in Russia, Ukraine and Eastern Europe: verified events, sanctions monitoring, company exposure data, tenders, cyber advisories, briefs, alerts and an API. The Service is operated from the European Union.

2. No legal or investment advice

Content is informational. It is not legal advice, investment advice, sanctions counsel or a recommendation to act. Sanctions law is complex and jurisdiction-specific; always verify against authoritative legal acts and consult qualified counsel. We label uncertainty explicitly; you accept that some published information is attributed claim, not verified fact.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Seat limits and feature entitlements per plan are described on the pricing page. API keys are personal to your organization and must not be shared publicly.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell raw feeds of the Service, scrape at abusive rates, use the content to target persons or infrastructure, or misrepresent our labels (e.g. quoting a "claimed" item as "confirmed by Eastern Europe Impact").

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for decisions made on the basis of the Service, including compliance, trading or contractual decisions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
