On 28.06.2022 company's name changed from "COMPASS GROUP RUS" LLC to "KAFETERA GROUP RUS" LLC. Russian website https://compass-group.ru/aboutcompany is fully functional, and references Compass Group PLC as its owner. The business has changed name from Compass Group Russia to Cafetera Group since June 2022, according to https://compass-group.ru/. “Our company is the legal successor of the Russian division of Compass Group, the largest food operator in the world. We are a leader in the Moscow market corporate catering. Food is our passion. Nikos Antoniadis, CEO.” The CEO and new key shareholder is the same as former Compass Group Russia. They company also operating the Delimarché brand of stores in Russia, which is a Compass Group chain, so they should recieve royalty payments for the Dwlimarché brand.
