Russia strikes deal with Dubai's DP World to develop Arctic sea route. A deal was being prepared to sell a stake in Rosatom's FESCO to the Arab company DP World, giving the state corporation an alternative transportation holding company with international ambitions. DP World, one of the world's largest operators in the field of container transportation, signed an agreement with Rosatom on the development of the Northern Sea RouteCD2537.
