Embracer Group will sell selected parts of Saber Interactive for SEK 2.52 billion ($247 million) to Beacon Interactive, controlled by Saber co-founder Matthew Karch. The Saber divestment would also allow the Swedish holding company to wind down all operations in Russia, home to Sabre's largest office, which it said would "immediately" improve its cash flow, reduce capital spending, net debt and future liabilities. Embracer granted more time to wind down its Russian operations.
