Formosa Petrochemical Corp. (FPCC) is a Taiwanese company engaged in oil refining, distribution of petroleum products, and production of petrochemicals such as ethylene. It is a subsidiary of Formosa Plastics Group, which is engaged in activities such as crude oil refining, olefin production and sales, and power and steam generation.

A tanker recently seen at a refinery plant in Mailiao harbor, Yunlin County, belonging to Formosa Petrochemical Corp. (FPCC) was delivering oil products bought from Russia, the company confirmed 2/06/2022. FPCC remains one of Taiwan's largest importers of Russian coal, and Taiwan continues to rank eighth in the world in terms of Russian coal imports in the first half of 2025. On October 9, Taiwan's Minister of Economic Affairs Kong Ming-hsin told the press that "FPCC's relevant contracts are expiring soon, and following notification, FPCC has agreed not to purchase Russian oil in the future."
