On February 6, 2026, Rusagro-Invest LLC, a subsidiary of Rusagro Group, registered a joint venture in Belgorod with Turkish businessman Sarikurt Bedirhan—Solrost LLC. The new enterprise will specialize in growing grains (except rice), legumes, and oilseeds. Sarikurt Bedirhan owns 33% of the new company, while the remaining 67% is owned by a Rusagro subsidiary. In addition to Solrost in Russia, Sarikurt Bedirhan is also a co-owner of Genesis Agrotrade, a company registered in the Krasnodar Krai. He owns a 49% stake in the business, while 51% is owned by Zemli Kubani LLC. Genesis Agrotrade is believed to be part of the Turkish agricultural holding Genesis Seed & Meya Tohum.
