Limiting sales and workforce in Russia. After more than 30 years of operations in Russia and more than 15 years in Belarus, the Hilti Group has decided to exit both markets. Since 2022 the Hilti Group has significantly ramped down its operations in and ceased all exports to Russia and Belarus. Pending government approval, the Hilti Group will sell all its local operations to the local management. 06.08.2025: LUDI LLC becomes the new founder of OGLAEND SYSTEM. The entry regarding the founders of OGLAEND INDUSTRIER AS and OGLAEND GROUP HOLDING AS has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. 05.09.2025: LUDI LLC becomes the new founder of HILTI DISTRIBUTION LTD JSC.
