Still operating and advertising in Russia. Hoffmann Group announced that it would tighten controls and cease new supply commitments to Russian customers after February 2022. The Russian legal entity OOO “HOFFMANN GROUP” was liquidated on September 30, 2024, and Russia is not listed among the active countries on the company’s official website. At the same time, Hoffmann Group products, including the GARANT and HOLEX brands, are still offered by Russian suppliers of industrial tools and equipment, which indicates that the brand remains present on the Russian market through indirect channels. 20.04.2026: MULTIPASS LLC becomes the new founder of the organization.
