Jaguar Land Rover is laying off the majority of the employees of the Russian office. As one of Kommersant's interlocutors says, JLR is actually leaving the RF. It is not clear if JLR will continue to support the maintenance of its vehicles. The British automaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) is the leader in the Russian market. The company sold the business to local top managers. The new owner of the Russian JLR subsidiary is the VSKD Motors company, founded at the end of 2022. In the middle of this year's news, there are a lot of backlogs for the Russian JLR office. The agreement was closed on October 31, 2024.
