Spanish JOMA, a manufacturer of uniforms for football teams, continued to work in Russia. Independent corporate management consultant Oleksandr Lysenko drew attention to the fact that football clubs CSKA (owned by the Russian state Vnesheconombank) and Akhmat, which Kadyrov takes care of, perform in the JOMA form. On the international website of JOMA, there is no mention of work in the Russian Federation, but all information about the brand in Russia is available on the Russian version of the portal. Joma not only continued its work in Russia, but also actively expanded. In the summer of 2023, in addition to CSKA (the owner is the sub-sanctioned Vnesheconombank), FC Akhmat, which Kadyrov takes care of, was added to its clients.
