GC Chernogolovka has closed a deal to purchase the baby food business of Kraft Heinz in Russia. As reported in the press release of the Group of Companies, the buyer was the holding company of the group - Aqualife Resource JSC. Two baby food factories became its property - in Ivanovo and Georgievsk (Stavropol Territory). The transaction amount is not disclosed.
