Legrand announces its intention to disengage from Russia. Russian electrical engineering company IEK Group has acquired the assets of the French company Legrand in the Russian Federation. As part of the deal, IEK Group acquired three production facilities and over 20 company branches in Russian cities. 06.2024: JOINT STOCK COMPANY "LIM-GROUP" becomes the new founder of the organization.
