The Lugera group of companies promised to close business in the Russian Federation but in fact continued to further expand the activities of the Russian office and in other countries such as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan which are divisions of Avnata Russia. Trying to hide its links with Russia Lugera in Ukraine changed the name to Global HR Solutions.
