17.05.2022: The full name has been changed with Limited Liability Company Luxoft Proffesional for LLC IBS Infinisoft, 20.04.2022: IBS IT Service Joint -Stock Company becomes a new founder of the organizational liability unit "Information Business". In 2022, Integriti Solutions LLC, which is almost 100% owned by Luxoft Global Operations GmbH, based in Switzerland, increased its revenue by 97% to 3.5 billion rubles. Back in March 2022, Luxoft announced that it condemned Russia's actions, supported Ukraine, and decided to withdraw from the Russian market. Against this background, Luxoft transferred part of its Russian programmers to other countries, and also sold part of its Russian assets: in particular, LLC "Luxoft Professional" and ANO "Uchebny Tsentr Luxoft" were transferred to the structures of the IBS group. As of April 2023, the founder of "Integrity Solutions" remains the same, and there is no mention of plans to liquidate the company in the explanations to its financial statements. 05.2024: Key legal entity LLC "Luxoft Professional" (in 2022 renamed to LLC "IBS INFINISOFT") was liquidated on May 27, 2024.
