The German structure of Rosatom, Nukem Technologies Engineering Services, announced on its website that it had signed an agreement to sell the business to the Japanese IT company Muroosystems Corp. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed; the deal is expected to close by mid-August. Nukem Technologies Engineering Services is a subsidiary of Nukem Technologies, the world's oldest company specializing in nuclear power plant decommissioning and radioactive waste management.
