Decision trail

Decision date 28/11/2024 · Reference ↗

Waterjets used in the production of military equipment continue to be shipped to Russia, despite the fact that both the machines themselves and their spare parts are under a US embargo. Customs records show that a waterjet machine manufactured by Omax Corporation has arrived in Russia this year — along with numerous spare parts for similar equipment already in the country. These parts include pumps, valves and cables manufactured by the aforementioned Omax company, Koch Industries subsidiary Molex, WSI Waterjet (Missouri), KMT Waterjet (Kansas), Hypertherm subsidiary Accustream and H2O Jet (Washington).
