The new investor of the Pulkovo airport, Orbit Aviation, is a "daughter" of the state fund of Oman Saturn. In December, Orbit Aviation bought 25% of the German Fraport, which decided to leave Russia. In January 2024, the Saturn structure bought 23.9% of the gold mining company Polymetal from the IST group of Alexander Nesys.
