A division of German Preiss-Daimler (P-D Glasseiden GmbH Oschatz) has withdrawn from a joint venture with Russia's Tatneft, which produces fiberglass in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone. According to data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Russian Federation, as of September 11, the remaining shareholders of P-D Tatneft-Alabuga Glass Fiber are Tatneft-Aktiv, which holds a 75% stake, and Tatneft-Prescomposit, which holds a 25% stake. 11.09.2025: TATNEFT-PRESSKOMPOZIT LLC becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry for the founder, P-D GLASSEIDEN GMBH OSCHATS, has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
