Printed circuit boards manufactured by the American corporation Rogers continue to flow into Russia, where they are used in the production of military radars and jammers. In 2023, Russians who were engaged in the supply of such products complained that Rogers materials had become difficult to obtain in the country. Some companies stopped taking orders for Rogers-based boards due to a shortage of laminate in stock. Rogers laminate was imported into Russia by ElesTrade-M. Before the start of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, Rogers laminate was also ordered directly from the manufacturer by the official distributor, Adelantest LLC. Adelantest's customs operations with Rogers laminate are no longer visible, but the company continues to actively advertise this product, offering it to order. In addition, the Adelantest website contains recent announcements of exhibitions for 2025-2026, which were attended by Rogers managers. This suggests that the gap between Rogers products and Russia is far from complete. At least, Adelantest receives complete and timely information about new Rogers products and the company's participation in industry exhibitions. In Russia, EleсTrade-M offers a wide range of Rogers products in its catalog. Catalogs of other Russian retailers also include Rogers products. In addition, there are recommendations for Rogers substitutes on the sellers' websites. In January 2026, Republican Congressman Joe Wilson sent a letter to Rogers management expressing concern about the use of the company's products in the Russian S-400 and S-500 anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as in the radar systems of Su-family fighters. According to the congressman, Rogers products are received by enterprises of the Russian defense corporation Almaz-Antey. Wilson called on Rogers to prohibit its subsidiaries and distributors around the world from supplying the company's products to Russia. In response, Rogers stated that it fully complies with international sanctions and does not supply products to Russia.
