Turkish construction holding, as a business started in Russia in 1993. Founder Erman Ylicak, after finishing working for the Russian-Turkish construction company Enka, founded his own company. Among the projects of the Turkish holding are the Evolution and Neva Towers in Moscow City, Dream Island and Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg. The Turkish investment company Rönesans Holding announced the winding down of operations in Russia. It was one of the top 10 largest construction contractors in the oil and gas sector. Rönesans ceased its operations in Russia and is now focusing on an ambitious growth strategy worldwide. Despite promises to wind down - increased revenue in 2023 vs 2022. Turkish construction company Rönesans Holding sold its Russian business in 2023. 27.10.2023: BALTIKSTROYALYANS LLC becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry about the founders of ENERGY DESTEK INSHAAT VE TIJARET JSC and ENERGY TAAKHHUT INSHAAT VE TIJARET JSC has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
