One of the Chinese suppliers informed the Russian importer that the state company, citing internal policy, refused to insure their transaction due to the nature of the exported goods. When interacting with Russian entities, Sinosure began to act in a similar way to Chinese banks and refused to insure the export of goods, the list of which coincides with the blacklist of a major state bank - Bank of China.
