Rebranded its Stolichnaya vodka to Stoli, Will only use Slovakian sources to ensure no ingredients are sourced from Russia. Stolichnaya vodka maker has filed for bankruptcy following a devastating cyberattack in September and an ongoing legal battle with Russia over who owns the brand. Stoli Group USA filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in U.S. bankruptcy court in Dallas last week after a “malicious cyberattack” forced the company to run its global business manually “while systems are rebuilt,” Chief Executive Officer Chris Caldwell said in a statement.
