Stopped payments to Russian bloggers. Roskomnadzor considers partial or complete blocking of the Twitch streaming service in Russia. A Moscow magistrate has fined the streaming platform Twitch 6 million rubles for failure to comply with an order from Roskomnadzor. The fine was imposed under Article 19.7.10-4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
