World Aquatics to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete as ‘Individual Neutral Athletes;’ Paris still uncertain. World Aquatics has established strict selection criteria for the participation of Russians. Due to these criteria, none of the Russians under the neutral flag will be able to take part in the February World Championship. Russian and Belarusian athletes will be able to don their national colors again in World Aquatics events.
