Statement condemning Russian invasion of Ukraine. Banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials in all sanctioned events. Russian Sports Minister and President of the Russian Olympic Committee Mikhail Degtyarev announced that the international federation has decided to allow his country's junior and youth athletes to return to competitions under national symbols.
