Since 2023, the company has entered the Russian market. Among those who decided to leave the market completely, IBC Realty names the large Turkish fashion retailers AC&Co and Mudo, which opened during the boom of Turkish brands in Russia in 2023. "These are iconic brands for the Turkish market, one of the leaders of national retail. I know that they were very disappointed with the demand and left, because they did not see the point of investing in the prospect and being patient," says a commercial real estate consultant who worked with Mudo.
