Received revenues in Russia in 2021-2023, there is no any official announcement. OOO "Poliplastik Group" became the owner of 65% of shares of OOO "AMS Pro" (until November 2023 - OOO "Nikoll Vostok") - a supplier of plastic pipes and fittings. Until 2023, "AMS Pro" belonged to the Belgian pipe manufacturer Aliaxis Utilities & Industry GmbH. Aliaxis decided to sell the company to local management. It is noted that, together with the terms of the transaction, the Government Commission for Control over the Implementation of Foreign Investments in Russia approved the development plan of "AMS Pro", which involves the creation and development of a production complex for the production of plastic fittings on the basis of the company.
