Put out a statement expressing deep sympathy with Ukraine, and suspended a partnership with Ukrainian Railways (UZ). Reviewing its stake in TMH, a Russian rolling stock manufacturer. France's Alstom (ALSO.PA) is set to sell its 20% stake in Transmashholding (TMH) back to the Russian railcar manufacturer by the end of the year 2023. Revenue significantly (by more than -70%) decreased in 2024 vs 2023. 25.07.2025: GLOBAL TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS LLC becomes the new founder of the organization, and MOTUS GROUP JSC becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry regarding the founders ALSTOM TRANSPORT SA and ALSTOM NETHERLANDS B.V. has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
