Baker Hughes Announced Local Management Buyout of its Oilfield Services Business in Russia. 3 assets were sold on 15/11/2022: TYUMEN PLANT OF OIL-FIELD EQUIPMENT, "BAKER HUGE SERVICES RUS" LLC and LLC "ONGF". The company still continues exporting to Russia months after calls for trading to cease. Oilfield services company Baker Hughes, which sold its Russian business to management, told reporters in response to a request for comment that “as part of the normal process of assessing commercial opportunities, if and when sanctions against Russia affecting us are lifted, Baker Hughes will assess the commercial environment for a return.”
