Burger King (BK) is an American-based multinational chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, new Canadian-based parent company named Restaurant Brands International.

In Russia, the chain is developing under a franchise; the first restaurant opened in 2010. According to SPARK, the revenue of Burger Rus LLC in 2024 increased by 21% year-on-year to RUB 90.3 billion, while net profit decreased by 8.6% to RUB 1.63 billion. The owners of Burger Rus are considered to be co-owner of Shokoladnitsa Alexander Kolobov, Investment Capital Ukraine, and VTB Capital. 15% of Burger Rus LLC previously belonged to the Canadian Burger King Restaurant Brands International, the owner of the chain's franchise. In 2022, the company announced its intention to give up its stake. But in 2024, it still acted as a co-founder of the Russian business, according to Burger Rus's reporting.
