The largest U.S. marijuana company received hundreds of millions of dollars in funding from Roman Abramovich in its early years, but the Russian billionaire is long gone, Curaleaf Holdings Inc.'s chief executive said. Boris Jordan. The leaked documents show that Abramovich funded Palliatech, the company that became Curaleaf in 2018, as well as Measure 8, a cannabis-focused venture capital firm founded by Jordan.
