Decision trail

Decision date 06/09/2023 · Reference ↗

Promised to make withdrawal from the Russian market. GeoPost is negotiating the sale of its DPD business in Russia with a number of large local logistics operators. DPD in Russia denied rumors about selling its business to competitors such as PEK or Delovye Linii. The company clarified that GeoPost has not conducted and is not conducting any negotiations for a sale, and that such claims are false and may be spread by rivals. DPD continues to operate in Russia as usual, relying on localized systems. Its cooperation with clients, partners, and employees remains unchanged.
