Canadian Four Seasons has suspended direct management of hotels in Russia. Since the spring of 2022, Hyatt, InterContinental, Marriott, CPI Hotels, Belmond, Sokos, Four Seasons, BWH and Wyndham have left the Russian market. The Meshchansky Court of Moscow nationalized the entire building of the Hotel Moskva, including the five-star Four Seasons Hotel Moscow located in the building. Revenue increased in 2024 vs 2023 by more than +30%. 19.06.2025: The record of the founder DEMOVITO LIMITED has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The Russian Federation becomes the new founder of the organization FORSI LLC.
