Blocking Russian bank cards under sanctions. Payments for Russian cards are not available. From the Google Play and App Store applications, the applications "Post Bank", "Absolut Bank", "Home Bank", "Russian Standard" Bank, as well as the All-Russian Bank of Reconstruction and Development (RBRR), i.e. those credit organizations, have disappeared which were imposed sanctions by the USA in early November 2023. Banks assess popularity of russian alternatives to Apple and Google Pay.
