Exit Russia. According to media reports - "The Hempel company has completed the sale of its assets in Russia after receiving the relevant permits from the Danish and Russian authorities. "Atombudkompleks" acquired the legal entity of Hempel in Russia, including its assets and employees. The sale does not include active business." and In fact, there were no changes in the register, only the LLC was renamed. 02.2024: JSC INDUSTRIAL COMPANY "LITUM" becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry about the founder of HEMPEL A/S was removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
