The relevant Russian authorities have already approved the transaction. 04.2023: Founder entry HENKEL AG & CO removed. KGAALID HOLDING LIMITED and LEAD HOLDING LIMITED become the new founders of the local organizations. The division of the owner of the Persil brand in Russia will begin to operate as an independent company under a new name.
