Russian and Belarusian officials and boxers will not participate in IBA international sanctioned competitions. Canceled international events in Russia and Belarus in 2022. (Gazprom advertised as a general partner on IBA site.). But later International Boxing Association lifts ban on Russia, Belarus. USA Boxing, the national governing body for the sport in the country, terminated its membership of the Russian-led International Boxing Association (IBA). The International Olympic Committee (IOC) at its 142nd session in Paris decided to exclude the International Boxing Association (IBA) from the list of recognized federations.
