Decision trail

Decision date 20/07/2023 · Reference ↗

Company's components have been found inside the Shahed-136. Company's answer: "Our position which we expressed in November 2022 remains unchanged: Infineon condemns the Russian aggression against your country. We are generally not doing business in Iran. As stated previously, apart from the direct business it proves difficult to control consecutive sales throughout the entire lifetime of a product. Nevertheless, we instruct our customers including distributors to only conduct consecutive sales in line with applicable rules. As we have already outlined towards the Ukrainian government, we deeply admire the strength and courage of the Ukrainian people. We stand by your side and will continue to do our part as a company to support the victims of this conflict."
