PJSC LUKOIL informs that LITASCO S.A., a 100% subsidiary of the LUKOIL Group, and G.O.I. ENERGY S.r.l. closed the sale of ISAB S.r.l. G.O.I. ENERGY after fulfilling the deferral conditions, including obtaining the necessary approvals from the Italian authorities.
