Kramp business is very important to Russia to supply spare parts to their agricultural machinery and keep they running. This is the way how Russia is pushing out Ukraine grain in global food supplies. According to the Annual Report, "An important change was the official termination of our business in Russia, marking the end of a long process that was initiated in 2022. I am pleased that we have found a new owner for the Russian company, ensuring continuity for the people who have been working for Kramp there for the past 15 years”. But no changes reflected in the ownership structure/EGRUL register yet.
