Decision trail

Even though LHH has officially exited Russia, it continues operations through the Ukrainian entity of Lugera, which owns its franchise and operates under "THE JOBBER PARTNERSHIP UKRAINE." This entity, like others in the Lugera network, is owned by Gerard Koolen and Lugera Holding. https://opendatabot.ua/c/43555188 In Ukraine, their new website for Global HR Solutions states: "Global HR Solutions is an exclusive partner of the world leader – the American company LHH – which is a globally recognized provider of Career Development services and Leadership and Talent development programs. 60% of Fortune 500 companies choose LHH. The company provides services in more than 66 countries around the world, and annually supports more than 350 thousand people with its programs and methods." At the same time, in Russia, Avanta HR Solutions continues to provide same services: Avanta Russia. https://avantarussia.ru/upravlenie-personalom/ Also this is the unique provider of outplacement service its is highly important for them to choose the side. Since LHH collects franchise fees from all its partners, including Lugera, it is clear that LHH is still indirectly operating in Russia.
