The Nebius Group is built on the basis of Yandex NV following the sale by the Dutch public company Yandex NV of all its Russian and Russia-related assets and subsidiaries (in particular, Yandex LLC and Yandex Technologies LLC). Nebius Group NV no longer owns Russian legal entities. Microsoft signs $20 bn AI cloud power deal with Nebius, the firm that spun out from Russian internet giant.
