One of North Korea's largest companies, Ragwon Trading Corporation, is planning a major expansion in Russia. According to Rospatent, Ragwon filed an application for trademark registration in Russia in late April in dozens of categories, from hygiene products, food products, and agriculture. The company may begin supplying the award-winning Ragwon-410 wheat growth biostimulant, Kumkang beer, soap, jam, dry milk, toothpaste, cosmetics, and a product based on the root of the bellflower (Platisodon), which is said to help prevent respiratory diseases and bronchitis.
