Sephora enters into an agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary in Russia but former Sephora stores reopen in Russia under new ownership, Ile de Beauté brand. Sephora estimated the loss from the sale of its Russian subsidiary at 210 million euros. The company announced its departure from the Russian market in March 2022. In October of the same year, its stores began to open under the Ile de Beaute brand. 17.10.2022: the legal entity was sold. The full name was changed from JSC "SEFORA RUS" to JSC "ILE DE BEAUTE".
