Distribution LLC, whose tax statements were published earlier, was a Trussardi distributor in Russia before the change of brand ownership. At the same time, in 2024, the brand was purchased by Miroglio Group, but T. R. S. Distribution LLC is not part of the structure of this company, and also has no relation to it.

The end of cooperation with the Russian market resulted in multimillion-dollar debts for the fashion house and the sale of the brand to the Miroglio Group. The new owners, wanting to improve the financial situation, decided to produce clothing from low-quality materials and sell it at lower prices. Attempts to make the foreign company better were unsuccessful. In this regard, the management of Trussardi decided to return the brand to Russia.
