The Russian authorities have approved the agreement on the transfer of 100% ownership of Vicunay-Rus LLC, the Russian division of the company, to the management company Ocean Group, which was established in June 2023. Also, the company gives up rights to "VICI" trademark in region. 04.2024: JSC "MANAGEMENT COMPANY "OCEAN GROUP" becomes the new founder of the organization. The entry about the founder of JSC "VICIUNAI GROUP" was removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The "Vičiūnai Group" despite sale of the local company transported sanctioned and war-appropriate goods to Russia.
