Rosselkhoznadzor imposes transit ban on poultry meat from EU, effective August 5

Rosselkhoznadzor has announced a transit ban on poultry meat and by-products from the EU, starting August 5. This decision was made to prevent the spread of animal diseases and protect consumers, following the discovery of illegal transportation of poultry by-products allegedly of German origin through Poland. The ban will remain in effect until discussions with the European Commission conclude.
