Russian forces carry out 40 strikes on Sumy region over past 24 hours, killing three and injuring three

Over the course of 24 hours, from the morning of August 17 to the morning of August 18, Russian troops carried out 40 strikes on 20 settlements in 12 territorial communities in Sumy region; three people were killed and three others were injured.
